USER AGREEMENT

• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

• You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

• Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

GENERAL

• I, the artist, have the right to refuse any work for any reason

• I, the artist, do not work in a "first come first serve basis" on commissions. I will have to review the order with you and may work accordingly depending on complexity.

• I, the artist, do not work on the weekends. You are welcome to place an order over the weekends, though

• You, the client, are free to check-in on the status of your order, provide feedback or suggest revisions.

I still retain the rights to my work, so that I may use it how I see fit as a portfolio piece, as promotion, post on my socials, and work sample, unless you specifically state that I am not allowed to do so for any reason.

And most importantly,

I, the artist, have the right to cancel any work if you, the client, are rude, inappropriate, micromanage, or have repeatedly failed to communicate in a timely manner. You will be refunded. Read Refunds and Cancellations.

And I also can refuse an order if the commission does not follow the rules within my "Terms of Service".

 

All commissions currently are for personal use. You can, however, use the art for your personal brand (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, etc.). You're welcome to credit me. Do not sell artwork as merchandise of any kind as that breaches into commercial usage and will require added commercial fees. Email me for commercial use/attaining rights.

You have the right to repost the artwork on your socials as long as you credit me.

DO NOT under any circumstance is my art to be minted or used as NFT's (NON FUNGIBLE TOKENS), blockchain, crypto, or the like. EVER.

DO NOT use my art in AI imaging whatsoever. No exceptions.

 

Rules

I will draw:

• Original Characters

• Fan art/Fan characters

• Furry/Anthropomorphic characters

• Humans, hybrids, humanoids

• Artistic/Tasteful Nudes

• Simple Environments

I won't draw:

• Anything that centers around hate (racist, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, etc.)

• Religious propaganda

• Copying another artist's style; by commissioning me, I expect you to want the art in my style

• Loli

• Porn

• Weird Fetishes

• Traditional art

• Gore (some blood is okay)

• Realism

• Robots/Mechs

Please send a visual SFW reference of your OC to make it easier for me. Either through DM or email.

If you have a background in mind send me a reference of what you're going for.

Process and Delivery

Once the queue has been filled, there is no wait list available at this time. 

• Once the order's been placed, I will reach out to you within 24 hours. We'll discuss what you, the client, want drawn, when you want it, etc

• I will message you when I have started on your order

• Please expect your order to be completed anywhere from 1 week to 1month (once started): your queue spot, complexity, number of characters, my health, or BG are all factors; I will message you when I start on your order

• I'll DM or email you my progress for any feedback on how it's looking.

• You must respond within 24-72 hours with each communication. It's vital for any feedback and fixes

• If you do not respond within that time frame, I will pause on work until you respond

• I will present at least 3 thumbnail sketches. You choose the one you like best, then I'll make the final draft for approval

• Line work ( or inking) is made and move on to color

You will receive:

• 1 one Hi-res non-watermarked file of your order: PNG or JPEG

• 1 web friendly file to share on socials: can't promise that it will be IG ready due to Instagram's cropping

• Delivery will be made through Google docs or email. Whichever is convenient of you.

• You will not heavily alter the product, sell commercially, mint as a NFT, use for AI imaging, remove my signature, or claim you made the art

Revisions

• You are free to 3 revisions on an order. Any more will incur an added fee.

• If I am far along on a commission (ink or color stage) no more revisions unless it's my fault

• Unless it is my fault due to miscommunication, anymore will incur an added fee​

 

Payments

• I accept payments through Stripe or PayPal - No checks

Don't worry about signing up for a Stripe account. I will send an invoice to your email that will send you to a secured portal

• 50% down payment initially (on orders that are over $100 USD), and the remainder is to be paid in full in order to receive the artwork

• All prices are in ($)USD and at a base price. The complexity, extra characters, or backgrounds add to the price

• Discount options are available if the commission is of my character(s)

• You must send the final payment before you can receive the 300dpi unwatermarked hi-res file upon completion

• I, the artist, will send a low-res watermarked version of your artwork as proof of completion then you pay the remainder for purchase of the hi-res version.
   

Refunds and Cancellations

• You, the client, have the right to cancel a project. Whether there's something beyond your control or for any reason. Please contact me (email or DM ) before refunding

• IF you cancel the project, for any reason, and I have been working on the art piece (during line art stage or coloring). You will receive a fraction of the refund depending on how far along I have worked on said piece.

However...

• If I have completed the commission, and you are happy with it but later aren't happy with it you cannot issue a refund

• I, the artist, have the right to cancel any work at any moment's notice if you, the client, are rude, inappropriate, micromanage, or have repeatedly failed to communicate in a timely manner. You will be refunded

Note

Once the commission is finished and delivered, I am not responsible for keeping the original file. Due to disk space, accidental deletion, misplacement, ect. I will try to keep the original file for 3 months. Once those 3 months are up they could be deleted (to save disk space).

Please contact me to get the original work file within that time frame.
